“Head of Visual Merchandising”

Job Location: Dhaka
Responsibilities:
* Leading a team of 15-20 people to generate creative and artistic concepts for in-store displays
* Coordinate with Design, Marketing and Retail teams from concept to execution
* Present effective display ideas to increase sales and store profits
* Organize seasonal, event and promotional displays to attract more customers
* Be willing to travel
Educational & Other Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Arts (from Charukola or other reputed Art Institute at home or abroad)
* Visual Merchandising educational background from home and abroad will be preferred.
The incumbent should:
* Have a flair for design and colour
* Be creative, imaginative and energetic
* Understand the organization's target markets and know how to appeal to them
* Be aware of current trends and activities in design, fashion and culture
* Have good communication skills to present ideas to others
* Be able to concentrate and work within deadlines and budgets
* Be a self-motivated team player with positive attitude
Salary Range: Negotiable
